Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing support and guidance to clients, patients, or partner facilities.
  • Conduct assessments, triage concerns, and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Uphold all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards in patient handling and data management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the role or assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Active PHRN PRC License (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year hospital experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-handling skills
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules if needed
  • Highly organized, compassionate, and team-oriented
  • Amenable to start immediately
