Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Release Train Engineer (RTE)
to support our Finance and Corporate Functions platform. This role will be based in Manila and operate during midshift hours to align with global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
, proven experience in
building and coaching self-managed teams
, and the ability to run
Program Increment (PI) planning
, facilitate
training sessions
, and manage
day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the
    Release Train Engineer (RTE)
    for the Finance/Corporate Functions Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Lead and facilitate
    PI Planning
    ,
    Inspect & Adapt workshops
    , and
    ART Syncs
    .
  • Support and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment with SAFe principles.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of self-management and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of value.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new team members and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Monitor and report on ART metrics and performance.
  • Support day-to-day Scrum Master tasks as needed, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years
    of experience in Agile delivery, with at least
    2 years
    as an RTE or senior Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with
    SAFe
    and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record in
    building and leading self-managed teams
    .
  • Experience in
    Finance or Corporate Functions platforms
    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAFe RTE or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable working midshift hours to align with global teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment.
