About the role

As a Merchandiser for Xiaomi, your role will be crucial in driving the company's sales and brand presence in the Bicol Region. You will be responsible for optimizing product displays, ensuring stock availability, and providing excellent customer service to promote Xiaomi's products and increase brand visibility. What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain product displays in assigned retail outlets, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with Xiaomi's brand standards
2. Monitor and replenish stock levels to guarantee product availability and meet customer demand
3. Engage with customers, provide product information, and assist with sales to enhance the overall shopping experience
4. Collaborate with the regional sales team to implement merchandising strategies and achieve sales targets
5. Collect and report on relevant sales data and customer feedback to inform future planning

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar merchandising or retail sales role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and store staff
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient stock management and product displays
4. Passion for the consumer electronics industry and a keen interest in Xiaomi's products and brand
5. Familiarity with retail KPIs and experience in data collection and reporting
6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business
