Job Summary:

The Account Support Associate provides administrative and operational support to account teams, ensuring smooth execution of client-related processes. This role involves managing communications, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records to support business objectives and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain open communication to address client needs.
  • Assist in tracking and implementing annual sales goals and account plans.
  • Investigate and resolve trade errors or account discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain departmental databases and third-party applications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to address support needs.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and onboarding for new team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Support departmental projects, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or account support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
