Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling tenant inquiries and leasing negotiations.
  • Prepare lease offers, contracts, and ensure complete documentation.
  • Coordinate with tenants for onboarding, renewals, and daily concerns.
  • Maintain leasing database, monitor expirations, and prepare reports.
  • Support tenant sourcing, market research, and occupancy strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • With background in retail mall leasing or commercial real estate.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and proactive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
