The role

REBEL Wellbeing Coordinators are an integral part of the REBEL experience, ensuring a world-class Wellbeing experience for our Trust & Safety clients. We're looking for experienced coordinators with a background in scheduling and workforce management for large teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for
    scheduling wellness sessions
    across assigned accounts
  • Manage and
    reschedule sessions
    as needed, including last-minute changes
  • Coordinate
    on-demand wellness sessions
    in line with availability and client needs
  • Handle
    room reservations and assignments
    for onsite sessions
  • Assist with
    reports and analysis
    by providing accurate scheduling and utilisation data
  • Monitor and maintain scheduling trackers
    regularly to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage and resolve
    scheduling conflicts and adjustments
    in a timely manner
  • Perform
    other related tasks
    as assigned by the Operations team
  • Work closely with management and team-members to solve problems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Proficient in
    Google Workspace
    , particularly
    Google Sheets
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and data accuracy
  • Good
    interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective
    time management
    and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferrable - BPO experience
