About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing Draftsperson who can combine precision, creativity, and coordination excellence. You'll produce top-quality shop drawings, lead project synchronisation, and keep operations moving smoothly. You'll collaborate with builders, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and our Makati team to deliver drawings that meet Australian and industry standards, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Produce Detailed Drawings

  • Create fully detailed and coordinated shop drawings using Revit, CAD, and supporting tools
  • Ensure all drawings meet industry and Australian Standards
  • Convert design drawings/specs into accurate technical outputs
  • Perform basic material and weight calculations

Project Coordination

  • Communicate with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • Lead coordination processes and assist in managing daily project ops
  • Coordinate deliverables across multiple projects and guide junior members
  • Close out communication tasks (email, updates, registers) promptly

Team Communication & Support

  • Submit weekly drawing registers
  • Attend weekly project meetings
  • Train and support junior staff on BIM tasks
  • Raise and report any design issues early

Work Standards

  • Drawings delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with all standards
  • Clear, prompt communication across all channels
  • Accurate and complete registers are submitted weekly

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and other coordination tools
  • 2+ years of hands-on Revit work in MEPFs construction
  • 5+ years of drafting experience producing shop drawings across multiple disciplines and fabrication works
  • Bonus points if you've used Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar coordination platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to lead coordination meetings with other trades
