As the HR Supervisor, you will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring that the organization's human resources initiatives align with its goals and values. You will lead a team of HR professionals, manage employee relations, and support various HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR Team:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor the team's performance.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a mediator in employee disputes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing grievances and implementing engagement strategies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and maintain performance review systems.
  • Provide training to managers on conducting evaluations effectively.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review and update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Promote continuous learning opportunities for employees.
  • HR Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics reports.
  • Provide insights to senior management on workforce trends.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
