Job Description

As a Senior External Auditor, you'll lead multiple audit engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will help assess risks, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality financial statements that strengthen trust and transparency for global clients.

Salary: PHP 66,000 to PHP 120,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years' experience in Australian external public practice audit (required)
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, and relevant legislation
• Advanced CASEWARE proficiency (required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear client discussions
• Solid commercial acumen, sound judgment, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to work across various industries and client engagements

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
• Identify key risk areas and accounting technical matters during audits.
• Prepare complete and accurate audit work papers.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to develop tailored audit approaches.
• Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
• Assess internal controls and recommend process improvements to clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and trusted client relationships.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting and audit standards.
• Review work and coach audit team members to improve competence and productivity.
