Job Description: Mechanical Site Engineer/Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site mechanical works, including steel structural erection and piping installations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage large teams effectively while ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead mechanical site activities, including steel structural erection and piping installation (Fire Protection and Chilled Water systems).
  • Manage and coordinate a team of at least 50 personnel on-site to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including company officials and foreign nationals, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, resolve on-site challenges, and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
  1. Mechanical Engineer/Supervisor (under board)
  2. 3 years minimum working experience in Mechanical Steel Structural Erection.
  3. 3 yrs. working experience in Mechanical Piping installation ( Fire Protection and Chilled Water Piping)
  4. Able to provide proof that he managed and lead minimum of 50 people in a particular project.
  5. Proficient in speaking English Language is a must. (Ensure that upon submission for site interview, he could express himself clearly, since our company officials are Foreign Nationals.) 
  6. Minimum 40 yrs. of age with sound health condition.
  7. Willingness to work overtime and report on Sundays or Rest Days (RDOT) if needed.
  8. Ability to provide certifications to support qualifications and experience.
