The team is seeking a Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing software development projects, ensuring they meet project specifications and are completed on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and analysts, to facilitate project execution and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

The individual will develop and maintain codes for the gaming industry particularly backend applications using PHP frameworks, provide estimates and ensure SLA and timelines are met. This includes the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting their needs.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely task completion and maintain project alignment.
  • Assist with client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, using data-driven insights to guide timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including project plans and status reports, while collaborating with a dedicated technical writer for detailed technical documentation as the team grows.
  • Issue Investigation & Resolution: Analyze product issues, delivering accurate feedback and solutions.
  • Product Research: Identify key features, improvement areas, and development opportunities for specific game products.
  • Product Requirements & Documentation: Collect data from the team and create comprehensive product requirements based on research and business objectives.
  • Incident Management & Continuous Improvement: Manage and analyze daily incidents, identifying recurring issues and providing actionable suggestions and solutions to prevent future occurrences. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, refine processes, and enhance overall product performance. Leverage insights from incident trends to drive continuous improvement and proactively address potential issues, ensuring smoother operations and better outcomes.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Gather, manage, and export data independently to support investigations, demonstrate improvements, and identify areas for enhancement. Leverage data as proof of improvement and drive continuous product optimization.
  • Guide and support a team: By providing direction, resources, and mentorship to enhance overall performance, foster collaboration, and ensure effective teamwork toward achieving project goals.
  • Project Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Development, IT teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php135, Php200,000.00 per month
