The Recruiter/ Care Coordinator is responsible for recruiting caregivers, receiving all credentials, and assisting in staffing.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years experience working for a US based company
- 1 year of recruitment/onboarding experience
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Technology savvy – Microsoft office, Google Drive and ability to learn recruitment job platforms
- •Outstanding organizational skills - ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work Pacific, US time zone (1PM-10PM)
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates a "growth mindset," with a proactive attitude towards learning and improving skills, coupled with a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative in achieving goals.
Desired:
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever-evolving environment
Your Day to Day Activities
- Post and manage job posts weekly in various job sites (Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.)
- Conduct phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews with staff and candidate
- Facilitate onboarding and training for clinician staff
- Analyze reports – applications, screenings, orientations and training attendance
- Assist in staffing and scheduling
- Manage and update credentialling
- Conduct weekly client satisfaction surveys
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php42,782.00 per month
