Position Summary

We are looking for a Home Care Scheduler Virtual Assistant with strong experience in home care scheduling/rostering. This role plays a key part in ensuring caregiver coverage while maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate high-volume scheduling of home care services.
  • Communicate with clients, care workers, and internal teams to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems (experience with WellSky is a plus).
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist the team in improving scheduling efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support other administrative tasks (recruitment) as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills (minimal accent preferred).
  • Strong people skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in home care rostering; high-volume scheduling experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with WellSky (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work PST hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
