Rate or Salary range: $5 per hour

Description/information:

  • Building and maintaining content calendars across multiple brands (always running at least six weeks ahead)
  • Coordinate and schedule posts, blogs, email campaigns, and other content deliverables
  • Organize and manage assets in content management tools, project systems, and scheduling platforms.
  • Support reporting on content performance and audience engagement
  • Proof content for formatting, grammar, and consistency with brand voice (final alignment
  • approved by Content Manager)

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or project support, with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail (you catch the typos no one else sees).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, content calendars, and project management platforms, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
