The role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Staff to join our team at BEN'S WINDOORS INC. in Malate Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
  2. Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  4. Assist in the organisation and execution of marketing events and activities
  5. Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator, preferably within the marketing or communications industry
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  3. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analysis tools
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively
  5. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
  6. Passion for marketing and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and best practices
