About the role

The Moment Group is seeking an experienced Food Server to join our dynamic team at our restaurant in Clark Freeport Zone. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen
  • Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and organised manner
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operation

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Food Server or similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
