Basic Qualifications:

- College diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field is a plus.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics, retail, or delivery.

- Experience managing teams and daily operations.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work in NCR, with assignment to the nearest branch.

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations within the branch to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Manage branch staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that arise.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective branch operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain safety and security protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
