We're a leading Sydney-based Sports Nutrition & Supplement Retailer looking for a creative and organised remote Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote hybrid role with full-time hours for someone who loves design, understands branding, and can keep marketing campaigns running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Design and deliver amazing, high quality creative assets for EDMs, Ads, Social, POS and Campaigns (designs, 3D/motion graphics, stock images, etc).
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, upload assets across multiple platforms, and keep everything on track.
  • QA all marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate daily with our marketing team and business stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain our Brand Design Guidelines.
  • Build Templates within design systems & marketing platforms to streamline workload + continually evolve them.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in Graphic Design with an excellent eye for branding (minimum 4 years at a high standard)..
  • A very high level of proficiency across Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
  • Experience with Canva, Trello & Klaviyo (or similar + a fast learner).
  • Ability to harness AI powered tools to improve productivity, remove repetitive tasks, leaving more time for the creative (and fun) parts of the role.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in taking ownership of Production campaign delivery dates.
  • A proactive communicator who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving. Fluent English is essential.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and committed to working full-time remotely.
  • Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design or a similar discipline.
  • An understanding of UX Design is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • As this is a remote role, a suitable quiet, home workspace; fast, reliable internet; and an up-to-date high-spec computer is absolutely essential.
  • Accepting this job is a 1-to-1 agreement that we have entered into based on your resume and experience, once engaged under no circumstances is any of the work to be outsourced to a 3rd party or person without prior written permission.
  • As the business operates on AET time zone.
