Conveyancing Assistant

This role involves providing paralegal and administrative support with a primary focus on property and conveyancing matters. You will assist the lead property lawyer with end-to-end conveyancing transactions, manage contract preparation and review, coordinate with clients, agents, and external parties, and handle document lodgement and settlement processes. The position also requires managing confidential client information and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation. Flexibility to assist with general administrative duties and support other legal teams as required is essential. This is for Victoria Conveyancing.

Here's the main job description:

Preparation of DOL's for both sales and purchase files.

Creating PEXA workspaces and the ability to interact with other parties involved in the workspace.

Preparation of documents such as NOA  + Transfers on PEXA.

Preparation of Discharge Authority and general data inputting

Basically, all knowledge of how to complete all tasks required to settle a property on PEXA.
