
Documentation Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the proper and efficient monitoring of regular and delinquent accounts for mortgage and transfer of ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Encodes and prints accounts for verification
-Receives accounts for mortgage and other transactions from assigned Area/ Branches
-Facilitates follow ups from branches regarding pending accounts for mortgage
-Submits monthly report of verified and mortgaged accounts (regular and delinquent) to Immediate Superior
-Tags and distributes accounts for mortgage, cancellation of mortgage (CXL), renewal of registration and transfer of ownership to Document Processors.
-Monitors the allotted Petty Cash
-Fund (PCF) and ensures proper liquidation and replenishment of fund
-Maintains the confidentiality of documents and records transmitted
-Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of any four-year course
-With at least one (1) year and six months of work experience in office administration or related field
-Has good interpersonal, communication, supervisory and administrative skills
-Organized and systematic
-With sense of initiative, responsibility and integrity
-Has keen attention to details
-Computer-literate.
