We are seeking an experience S
OC Engineer (Level 2-3)
to join our team for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise across
Microsoft Defender, Intune, Entra ID, Sentinel,
and the broader
Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem
. The role involves not only responding to security incidents but also proactively strengthening and maturing the organization's overall security posture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science of related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as SOC Analyst/ Engineer or in a similar cybersecurity role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Defender, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Sentinel, and other M365/Azure security tools.
  • Strong knowledge in firewall management, networking, and Azure network security.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices, incident response, and threat detection methodologies.
  • Experience supporting both BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations and security projects.
  • Capable of performing proactive security hardening and configuration to improve environment maturity.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
