About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Supervisor to oversee legal and regulatory compliance, manage contracts, process permits and registrations, and provide guidance to management. This role also involves supervising a legal support team and coordinating with government agencies to safeguard the company's business interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee business permits, licenses, and registrations with LGUs and national agencies.
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts and legal documents.
  • Handle SEC registrations, reporting, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor legal support staff.
  • Provide legal advice and manage compliance and regulatory risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.); licensed lawyer with IBP.
  • 3–5 years' experience in corporate legal practice, compliance, or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and contract law.
  • Hands-on experience with SEC and LGU processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
