Top Draw Animation is always on the search for new talent We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day workflow of your assigned department/s, by providing administrative assistance, organizing production documents and assets and assisting in other aspects of the animation production process.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are the main point of contact for communication between different departments, team members, and external stakeholders
  • You communicate and share with our artists the details and needs for each project and episode
  • You maintain the production documents, reports, and asset trackers
  • You assist in organizing project files, assets, and materials for future reference and use.

REQUIREMENTS

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, and Business Administration or any related course
  • Has at least one (1) year of experience working in animation production

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledgeable in Production Management Systems
  • Knowledgeable in Design and Animation Principles
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well within a team
