About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to represent our company, Olive Co. Inc. in Pet Express SM Estancia. As a Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our diverse range of pet products and accessories. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products
  • Maintaining expert product knowledge to advise customers and address their queries effectively
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Providing feedback and insights to help improve our product offerings and customer service

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and trends
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed
