About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a WAVE 1 Sta Mesa Site | No Final Interview. In this full-time role, you will be based in Santa Mesa Manila City Metro Manila and play a vital part in providing excellent customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide efficient and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  2. Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate recommendations
  3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software to handle customer inquiries
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
