Overview of the Position:

The quantity surveyor is in charge of overseeing every facet of building projects' financial and contractual management. To guarantee project value for money, this covers cost estimation, budget control, procurement, contract administration, and final account settlements.

Principal Duties:

-Create thorough budgets and expense estimations.

-Keep an eye on project expenses and make sure they are under control.

-Analyze and oversee supplier and subcontractor agreements.

-Prepare claims, evaluate variances, and make change orders.

-Conduct risk analysis and value engineering.

-Assess and evaluate on-site work.

-Final accounting should be prepared and negotiated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
