Required:


• Required Certification: PHRN, CPC/CRC


• Minimum 3 years in RA Coding


• At least 1 year in coding quality role


• At least 2 years in the hospital setting


• Course Graduated: BS in Nursing

Desired:


• Good communication skills and analytical skills


• Strict focus on coding, education, and quality assurance


• Strong experience in roles that intersect both technology and operations (previous experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment is a required)


• Proactively defines and identifies most complex problems that impact management and direction of the business


• Full management responsibilities including planning and scheduling work; establishing standards; interpreting, developing, and applying

policies; leading/collaborating for process-improvement projects; planning for future needs of operations which may or may not include

resource utilization, financial management, etc.
