Join a high-performing technology team driving the design and delivery of customer-facing web applications. As a Software Engineer (React & ), you'll lead hands-on development, uphold exceptional code quality, and mentor a team of talented developers — ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions that meet modern standards.


Key Responsibilities

Code Quality & Best Practices

  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews to maintain excellence in coding standards and practices.

Performance & Scalability

  • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and security across all platforms.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Coach and mentor developers, fostering technical growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Agile Delivery

  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups) alongside the Director of Software Development.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive adoption of emerging web technologies and promote process enhancements to reduce technical debt.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in modern web development, with strong expertise in React and
  • Proven leadership in guiding teams and performing 100% of code reviews.
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and web security.
  • Solid grasp of agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or agile practices are an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid setup).
