We are looking for an experienced SOC (Security Operations Center) Manager to lead security monitoring, incident response, and stakeholder engagement across global operations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in cybersecurity, and proven client-facing experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Security, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in information/cybersecurity with a focus on security monitoring and analysis
  • Knowledge of IT security solutions such as:
  • SIEM, CASB, DLP, WAF, MFA, DRM, IAM/PAM
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams of varying sizes, including resource management
  • Proven track record working directly with client stakeholders, managing escalations, and driving remediation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of frameworks and compliance standards: ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, FISMA
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Eligible to obtain a Canadian Security Clearance
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other global regions

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CEH, CISA, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
  • Cloud certifications (architect or security-focused) in Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Familiarity with compliance standards: GDPR, CSA, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP, HIPAA
  • Scripting skills in Shell, Python, Perl, JavaScript, PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, GCP CLI
  • Product/vendor certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
