Who are we looking for?

Are you ready to help shape the future of infrastructure in Southeast Asia? We're building a high-performing Transactions team in Manila as part of our Business Advisory practice, focused on delivering strategic, financial, and commercial advice across major infrastructure and capital projects. From transport and energy to urban development and public-private partnerships, you'll work alongside industry leaders to support clients through complex transactions that drive sustainable growth and regional transformation.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Oversee cross-functional teams across the Region
  • Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations through structured governance and reporting
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with client requirements and strategic objectives

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within transaction advisory
  • Develop proposals, lead bid responses, and contribute to commercial strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Represent the practice in industry forums, conferences, and client engagements to promote our capabilities and thought leadership

This job offer can be based either in Makati, or Quezon City,

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid (3x a week onsite)
