About the Job:
An Administrative Clerk's duties include managing reservations, handling administrative and financial tasks (e.g. payroll), and such.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cater customers' questions or concerns, providing information, taking and processing orders via the phone.
- Compiling and maintaining records of the restaurant's business transactions.
- Handling reservations, setting up appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications and Skills:
- WILLING TO RELOCATE. Lodging will be provided, as needed.
- Previous experience in a secretarial role or related work.
- High attention-to-detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to use applications such as Microsoft.
- Efficient Multi-Tasking Skills.
- Proactivity and Excellent Communication Skills
