I.       *JOB IDENTIFICATION*

POSITION : Driver

REPORTS TO :Administration Manager

II.     JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for the logistics and other services of the organization.

III.   *RESPONSIBILITIES*

A.     *Logistics Services*

Gather delivery schedule from the Warehouse Assistant.

Load and unload company materials and counter check delivery items versus those listed on the documents before delivery to end-users.

Responsible for conveying materials & equipment of the organization to the areas where they are required.

Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient.

Answer end user inquiries for the items delivered.

6.     Submit receiving copies of MCN, MIT, IMJO to the Admin Manager for checking for delays.

Follow up journals receipt for pending items to be deliver to vessel (i.e. materials delivered/care of tugboat & boat owners)

B.      Other services

Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times.

Perform periodic maintenance service (PMS) of the vehicle, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle.

Report any instance of mishap or accident to the admin supervisor.

Keep all records of the service vehicle such as OR/CR, comprehensive insurance policy.

5.      Prepares Daily Expense Summary for liquidation of revolving fund when fund is 50% depleted.

IV. *MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS*

A.     Education/License:

1.       At least high school graduate.

B.     Years and Type of Experience

1.       Two (2) years' experience as Driver

C.    Related Skills/Knowledge

1.       Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction/Code 3 or 8).s

2.      Should have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws

3.      Must be strong enough to lift heavy loads frequently.
