The
FPA Associate
will support financial planning and analysis activities while also handling accounts management and customer service functions. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, assists in budget preparation, and provides excellent support to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
  • Monitor accounts, track transactions, and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve account-related issues.
  • Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain organized financial files and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in accounts management and customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools.
