- Job Duties: Manage and update employee-related government loans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 2. Maintain up-to-date records of employee salaries, ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related documentation. 3. Track and monitor leave reports and attendance records, including submission of monthly leave reports to HR. 4. Maintain and submit the updated organizational chart and attendance reports to Group HR. 5. Oversee the preparation and submission of salary reports. 6. Handle daily timekeeping record (DTR) extraction and manage payroll deductions. 7. Process the payroll, ensuring accurate payroll preparation and pays lip distribution. 8. Ensure proper completion and issuance of BIR 2316 and manage the Alphalist of Employees. 9. Manage performance appraisals and prepare redundancy reports. 10. Conduct exit interviews and ensure the completion of documentation for exiting employees. 11. Ensure that all required documentation is completed for new hires and handle filing and scanning of required paperwork, such as NOPA (Notice of Personnel Action)12. Manage the submission of OpenProject logs and coordinate with Group HR for updates and reports. 13. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned
