About the role

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at PAPERLAND, INCORPORATED' in Balong Bato Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing various metal products using welding techniques. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents to determine the appropriate welding methods and materials required for each job
  • Set up and operate welding equipment such as SMAW, MIG, TIG, and stick welders to join metal components
  • Perform a variety of welding techniques, including but not limited to fillet, butt, and lap joints
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, equipment, and parts
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder Fabricator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents
  • Skilled in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe manner
