About the role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team at Superb Catch Inc., a leading manufacturer in Malabon City, Metro Manila. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the production process, and other department needs, responsible for fabricating and assembling various metal components to the highest standards of quality and safety. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
  • Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
  • Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
  • Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed.
  • Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Fabrications and masonry work.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • At least vocational graduate
  • With NCII Certifications
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Familiarity with welding safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to address welding challenges
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
