About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Technician to join our boat building team in Tanza Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and repair of fiberglass components that form the body of our high-quality boats. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our vessels meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and manufacture fiberglass components using the latest techniques and equipment
2. Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing fiberglass boat structures
3. Liaise with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications
4. Operate safely and efficiently in a boat building workshop environment
5. Maintain a clean and organised work area to support productivity
6. Assist the wider team in the assembly and finishing of boat builds

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Fiberglass Technician or similar role in the boat building, automotive or construction industries
2. Strong working knowledge of fiberglass fabrication, moulding and repair techniques
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
5. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
7. Physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labour in a workshop environment
