Job Description:

  • Attends to all guest needs
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience as Manager preferably in Casual Dining and/or Fine Dining Restaurant/Hotel & Casino.
  • With Excellent Communication Skills
  • Perform cash audit and inventory.
  • Can use MS EXCEL confidently for daily and monthly reports.
  • Manage day to day operations.
  • With experience handling VIP Guests.
  • with P&L management background (sales, food cost, labor cost, and other controllables).
  • can work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (Hotel Stotsenberg)
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to be assigned in Hotel and Casino.
  • Can work in Morning/Night Shift.
