Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and categorized.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports to management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide support in analyzing variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6months - 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
