Qualifications
Required:
2 years experience working for a US based company
1 year of recruitment/onboarding experience
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Technology savvy – Microsoft office, Google Drive and ability to learn recruitment job platforms
Outstanding organizational skills - ability to multi-task and solve problems
Fluent in English
Must be able to work Pacific, US time zone (1PM-10PM)
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Desired:
Experience in Home Health or Home Care
Clinical background
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Post and manage job posts weekly in various job sites (Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.)
Conduct phone screenings
Coordinate interviews with staff and candidate
Facilitate onboarding and training for clinician staff
Analyze reports – applications, screenings, orientations and training attendance
Assist in staffing and scheduling
Manage and update credentialling

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary will be $730/ monthly (includes pay for working Pacific, US time zone)
Bonuses: commission for each candidate onboarded and additional bonuses
Pay: Php42, Php43,528.00 per month
