
Customer Service Representative – Disability Claims

Job Description
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our disability claims support team in Davao. This role is ideal for candidates with prior exposure to short-term disability, state and federal leave processing, or related customer service fields.
As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to disability claims intake, eligibility inquiries, and general leave-related concerns with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Start Date: September 08, 2025
Work Setup: Onsite – Voice-Based Support
Industry: Healthcare / Disability Claims & Leave Management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in disability claims, leave intake, or customer service related to: Short-Term Disability and Federal and State Leaves
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or call handling environment
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Able to start by September 8, 2025
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
