This role is perfect for women who have a strong interest in beauty and skincare—even if they have no prior experience in the industry.

As a Facialist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of facial treatments and skin therapies to help our clients look and feel their best. You will be trained by professionals and receive full support to gain confidence in performing services the right way. Whether you're new to the industry or looking for a fresh start, as long as you're willing to learn, have a pleasing personality, and take pride in cleanliness and professionalism, we welcome you to apply and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skin treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, extractions, and mask applications, in accordance with company standards and client needs.

• Evaluate and analyze clients' skin types and concerns to recommend appropriate facial services and homecare products.

• Learn and follow our Korean-inspired facial techniques and protocols during paid training sessions.

• Ensure a relaxing and hygienic environment for clients before, during, and after each treatment.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facial tools, equipment, linens, and workstations at all times.

• Build genuine and trusting relationships with clients by listening to their concerns and providing expert advice tailored to their needs.

• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products to help them maintain results at home.

• Keep accurate records of services provided, client preferences, and any skin conditions or notes for future visits.

• Continuously update knowledge and skills by participating in training programs, workshops, or new treatment rollouts.

• Support the team in maintaining the clinic's high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with coworkers to create a welcoming, respectful, and professional atmosphere for all clients and team members.
  
  Qualifications:

  • Female, 20 to 35 years old

  • No experience required — applicants with a strong interest in skincare and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

  • Must have a pleasing personality, good hygiene, and a customer-friendly attitude

  • Willing to undergo paid training provided by the company

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients

  • Patient, empathetic, and genuinely caring toward clients' wellness and beauty concerns

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

  • Previous experience in customer service or wellness-related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
