The Housekeeping Specialist provide general cleaning and other maintenance duties for assigned area(s) , project(s) or assigned item(s) according to company standards.

The Housekeeping Specialist must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned to him/her.

Duties may include ensuring quality in the deep cleaning and maintenance of areas.

Cleaning as needed which may include also vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping of furniture, appliances, equipment, emptying wastebaskets, other standard cleaning and maintenance duties such as but not limited to:

Surface Cleaning of applicable areas or items

Residential: living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, balcony and bathrooms, etc.

Commercial: lounge, pantry, conference, cubicles, comfort rooms, grease trap, etc.

Facility: Restaurants, Office building, Condominiums, Residential houses, School, Clinics or other facility.

Items: Beds, Sofa, Carpets, Upholstery, other residential or commercial items.

Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by Team Leaders.

Responsibilities/Authorities

· Ensure the team clean all areas in scope as per client or project agreement following company standards.

· Exhibit appropriate working and human relations skills when interacting with clients, employees, coworkers, and supervisors.

· Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

* 2 years experience in Professional Housekeeping and experience leading team(s) is a plus.

* 2-4 year course college graduate.

* TESDA Housekeeping certification or equivalent experience

* With background on at least 3 of the following services:

  • Condominium, Residential Home Cleaning

  • Post construction, Office and Commercial Cleaning

  • Carpet, Bed and Upholstery Deep Cleaning using industrial machines and solutions

  • Grease Trap Cleaning

* Willing to be assigned to projects within Metro Manila and nearby provincial areas
