We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients.

• Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance.

• Collaborate with clients to understand the payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support.

• Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system.

• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• In-depth knowledge of HCM platforms

• Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration

• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system.

• Hands on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central.
