Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services
  • Accurately present product information and handle inquiries effectively
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow up on potential clients, and ensure timely updates
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales or call targets
  • Build positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment

Qualifications:

  • At least
    1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales (BPO experience is a plus)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working in a night shift schedule (US hours)
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident
    in handling objections
  • Must have a
    reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Night Shift 3:30 pm - 1:00 am
