ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior OutSystems Developer with strong C#/.NET expertise to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. This role involves leading technical development, building custom integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery within OutSystems environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years hands-on OutSystems development experience
  • Strong background in C#/.NET development
  • Proficient with OutSystems tools: Service Studio, Integration Studio, LifeTime
  • Experience building OutSystems extensions using C#
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and microservices
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for OutSystems
  • OutSystems Associate, Professional, or Expert certifications preferred
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OutSystems development (Reactive and/or Traditional).
  • Experience in enterprise-scale app development is strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development of OutSystems web and mobile applications.
  • Build custom logic, integrations, and extensions using C#/.NET when required by the platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable components, modules, and frameworks within OutSystems.
  • Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems (REST, SOAP, databases, custom .NET services).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for OutSystems and C#.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with UX, QA, BA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio and Lifetime.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, logic flows, UI patterns, and OutSystems architecture.
  • Knowledge of C# is a plus (for extension development and integrations).
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and version control is an advantage.

Must be available to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) for coordination with global teams.
