Audit Associate

• Reviews accuracy and completeness of deliveries of raw materials received thru Receiving Reports, Supplier's Delivery Receipt and Purchase Gate pass
• Reviews the accuracy and completeness of the raw materials in the Daily Materials Monitoring per Accounting (e.g. deliveries, consumption, until weight, design mix)
• Reviews the designed controls in monitoring segregation and storage of raw materials which could prevent fraud and contamination of the raw materials
• Conducts monthly inventory count of raw materials every end of the month on both Orion and Mariveles Batching Plants with the presence of Accounting and Operations
• Checks all created Purchase Request and Purchase Order of all spare parts inventory from Accounting
• Validate if the Purchase Orders were received thru Receiving Reports of the Warehouseman. Reviewed accuracy and completeness of materials received per Receiving Report
• Check the reasonableness and authorization of all issuance of spare parts thru Withdrawal Forms
• Conducts monthly inventory count of spare parts every 1st week of the following month with the presence of Accounting and Warehouseman
• Ensures that operation complies with the standard set by the management
• Assists in the design mix encoding to computer system. Check if all design mix have approved design mix input form and encoded only by the authorized personnel
• Reviews sales process from quotation to billing
• Conduct site inspection and check if operation is in conformance with the standard set by the management
• Monitors productivity and TAT of drivers
• Performs other tasks to be assigned

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
