Laboratory Supervisor

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure accurate product testing, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement of refrigeration systems.
• Supervise performance and safety testing of new refrigerator models based on PNS IEC standards.
• Recommend system design improvements to enhance product performance.
• Prepare accurate reports on laboratory tests and product performance.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party laboratories for product audits and testing.
• Stay updated on the latest industry and government testing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (5-year graduate), with knowledge in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• At least 2 years' supervisory experience in laboratory testing, preferably in household appliances (refrigerators).
• Familiar with PNS IEC :2018 and PNS IEC :2017 standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in laboratory equipment setup.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, with attention to detail and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
