About the Role

We are seeking Unity Game Developers to join our team and help bring our mobile game to launch. The design and most of the core programming are already complete—your focus will be on integration, polishing, and preparing the game for publishing.

This is an exciting opportunity to jump into a project that's close to completion and make a real impact, with the added benefit of profit sharing once the game goes live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate existing game design assets with current Unity code.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs for smooth gameplay.
  • Optimize performance for mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Implement final features required for store approval and publishing.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver a polished product.
  • Support the submission process to Google Play and the App Store.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Unity game development.
  • Strong proficiency in Unity and C#.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile game optimization and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android publishing workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for gaming and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience shipping a game on the App Store or Google Play.
  • Knowledge of in-app purchases, ads, or monetization systems.
  • Familiarity with multiplayer or online features.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $25,000 – $40,000 (depending on experience).
  • Profit-sharing opportunity once the game is released.
