Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities & Operations Associate to assist with day-to-day maintenance, logistics, and operational needs. This role supports store operations by ensuring facilities, equipment, and setups are well-maintained, safe, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support logistics activities including deliveries, setup, and inventory handling.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper organization and availability.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance or operational requests from store teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols in all maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Log maintenance requests, inventory usage, and schedules using basic computer systems.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational training or technical certification in maintenance, logistics, or facilities management is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in facilities, logistics, or operational support (e.g. retail, F&B, event setup).
  • Experience using tools, equipment, or performing basic repair and maintenance work.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational skills for managing tools, equipment, and inventory.
  • Basic handyman or technical skills (electrical, plumbing, furniture assembly, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work such as lifting, deliveries, and setup.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures in facilities management.
  • Basic computer skills for logging and tracking tasks.
Personal Attributes
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including occasional weekends).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or F&B operations.
